He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Green and Mary Green. He is survived by: his wife Ginny Medland Green; his friend Frank Kelly; his nieces, Kate Kelly (Gord Truffen) and Kris Kelly (Sean Westerhoff); his great-nephews, Ryan, Justin Truffen, Ben and Josh Westerhoff; and his cousins, Susan, Patricia, John Walker and Jud Walker.
