He was predeceased by: his wife Maria; his parents, Pasquale Perrotta and Anna Perrotta; his siblings, Domenico Perrotta, Antonio Perrotta and Nicoletta Perrotta; and his siblings-in-law, Giuseppino Vitale, Felice Spampanato, Saverio Spampanato and Pellegrina Spampanato.
He is survived by: his children, Anna Perrotta (Ken Longo), Claudio Perrotta (Lori) and Anthony Perrotta (Susan); his grandchildren, Matteo, Michaela, Emma and Marco; and his sisters-in-law, Rosa Perrotta and Felicetta Vallone.
