She was predeceased by: her husband Jack; her parents, Walter Prystanski and Paulina Prystanski; and her brothers, Peter and Jerry Prystanski.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tina French and Paulina Van Velzen (James); her grandchildren, Katelyn Whitford (Stephen), Brandon French and Jace VanVelzen; and her siblings, Irene Oliver (Dave) and Raymond Prystanski (Theresa).
A private family interment will take place at Fairview Cemetery at a later date In memory of Sonya memorial contributions may be made to Niagara Health Foundation 'Walker Family Cancer Center' and would be appreciated.
