He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia. He is survived by: his children, Brett (Maryanne) and Beth (Dave); his grandchildren, Kyle (Amanda), Sarah (Bill), Kurtis (Maddy), Dale (Samantha) and Vanessa (Josh); his great grandchildren, Bennett and Hudson; and his siblings, Kenny (Gail) and Sharon Anslow. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
