She is survived by: her children, Louie Formica (Mary), Jack Formica, Rita Marrari (Frank) and Angie Formica-Baker (Fred Ranalli); her daughter-in-law Barb Formica; her grandchildren, Cristina Matesa (Michael), Michael Formica, Jason Formica (Ashley), Matthew Formica (Allie Farrell), Paul Marrari (Rachel), Daniella Marrari (Daniele Falduto), Jerald Marrari, Samantha Baker and Sydney Baker; her siblings, Antoinette Panucci (late Joe) and Mario Cerminara (Annie); and her siblings-in-law, Giuliana Formica (late Elio) and Mona Cerminara (late Frank). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
