She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Hugh Carter; her children, Howard Carter (Bill Ryk), Gerard Carter, Deborah Coker (Rick), Trevor Carter (Anne) and Michelle Holtze (Keith); and her grandchildren, Callum, Megan, Ashley, Kaitlyn, Tyler and Meghan. She was also cherished by her colleagues, friends.
