He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincenzo Anania and Anna Anania; his brothers, Paolo Anania, Giuseppe Anania, Domenico Anania and Albino Anania; and his brothers-in-law, Pietro Vono and Pietro Molinaro.
He is survived by: his wife Rosina; his children, Anna Phillips (Bruce), Fran Martellotti (Fred), Betty Riley (Bruce) and Bruna Daniele (Michael); his grandchildren, Jennifer Phillips, Michael Phillips (Margeaux Levesque), Steven Phillips (Jessica), Michael Martellotti, Christina Kean (Ryan), Amanda Riley (David O'Rourke), Philip Riley (Mona), Christopher Daniele, Big', Zander, Marley, Rowan, Brendan, Taylor, Aria and Asher; his siblings, John Anania (Giovannina), Concetta Molinaro and Elizabetta Vono; and his sister-in-law Zina Desando (Frank). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
