He is survived by: his wife Laurie; his daughter Amanda Cavaliere (Julian); his granddaughter Josie; his sister Mary Cook (Craig); his brother-in-law Don Krowchuk (Pam); his nieces and nephews, Hope Bagozzi (David), Lynn Giffen, Sarah Krowchuk (Jordan), Ben Krowchuk (Melissa) and Daniel Krowchuk; his aunts, Sandy Detenbeck (Dick), Marg Krowchuk, Anne Krowchuk and Barb Turple; his granddaughter Alessi; and his caregivers, Pretty, Jomi, Robin and Lydia.
Memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph's Hospital (Firestone Clinic, Dr. Hanna), and would be appreciated by his family.
