He was predeceased by: his mother Dora Anzovino; and his siblings, Josephine Spadafora, Silvana Calabrese, Michael Anzovino and Gino Anzovino.
He is survived by: his sons, Austin and Branden Anzovino; his father Angelo Anzovino; his parents-in-law, Carmine and Odette Spadafora; and his brothers-in-law, Frank, Alan and Steve Spadafora. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
