We are sad to announce that on September 23, 2022, at the age of 82, Joseph Arthur Bell (Niagara Falls, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son Mark Bell. He is survived by: his children, James Bell (Lesley Bell) and Tracy Bell (Scott Fischer); his grandchildren, Kyla Bell, Alysha Boyer (Jaeden Macisaac), Kaitlyn Boyer, Ariel (Chris MacEachern) and Ciara Orcutt; his great grandchildren, Kael, Kohl, Khali and Katya; and his sister Barbara Bell. He is also survived by his other siblings, nephews and nieces and friends.

Masks are Mandatory for all who wish to be in attendance.
