He was predeceased by: his father Douglas. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Fitzgerald; his siblings, Steven Fitzgerald (Lorie), Cathy Castagnier (Butch) and Judy Campbell (Reid); and his uncle Joe. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and cousins-in-law.
