She was predeceased by: her husband Robert John Shores; her parents, Hendrik Postma and Martje Postma; and her sisters, Sadie Dryfhout and Margaret Vanderkaden.

She is survived by: her children, Robert W. Shores (Melanie) and Nicole Shores; her grandson Benjamin; her brother Ralph Postma (Anne); her brothers-in-law, Hank Dryfhout and John Vanderkaden; and her child Mississauga. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Stamford Lane United Church (3855 St Peter Ave, Niagara Falls, ON L2J2N7). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
