He is survived by: his children, Peggy Huggins, Jim Huggins (Edna), Tim Huggins (Lisa), Anne Livingston (late Willie), Ruth Mazzone (Dean), Beth Krahn and Carl Huggins (Wendy); and his sister-in-law Muriel Lafford. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
