He was predeceased by: his spouse Ulva; his parents, Carl Huggins and Jean Huggins; his mother-in-law Peggy Lafford; his sister Helen Christie (late Erl); his in-laws, Bert Lafford and Angus Lafford; and his niece Lori Watson-Noble.
He is survived by: his children, Peggy Huggins, Jim Huggins (Edna), Tim Huggins (Lisa), Anne Livingston (late Willie), Ruth Mazzone (Dean), Beth Krahn and Carl Huggins (Wendy); and his sister-in-law Muriel Lafford. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Patterson Funeral Home (6062 Main St, Niagara Falls, ON L2G5Z9). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at the Fairview Cemetery.
