He was predeceased by: his grandson Nathanael James. He is survived by: his wife Amelia Julia Morhach (Amy); his children, Schelley Ann, Paula Marie, Andrew Jacob and David John; and his grandchildren, Jacob Robin, Taylor Ann and Hope Amelia Joan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
