He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Wood and Emily Wood; and his sisters, Edna and Gladys. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Gord Wood Jr. (Anne), Bonnie Nowastawsky (Bill), Dan Wood (Michelle) and Jamie Wood (Pam Tulley); his grandchildren, Pamela Miltenburg (Brian), Brad Wood (Francesca), Brandon Wood (Alana), Kristopher Nowastawsky, Sean Nowastawsky, Kyle Wood and Danielle Wood; and his brother-in-law Paul Charkow (Marian). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Patterson Funeral Home (6062 Main St, Niagara Falls, ON L2G5Z9). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
