He was predeceased by: his wife Carol; his parents, Saviour Zahra and Josephine Zahra; his siblings, Mary (Carmena), Rita (George), Joe (Vonnie), Lorrie (Kika), Carmena (Anthony) and Janna (French); his parents-in-law, Henry and Mary Milka; and his brother-in-law Jack (Gerri).

He is survived by: his children, Mary-Jo Boisvert (Ronald) and Marcia Zahra. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
