He was predeceased by: his son Anthony 'Top Cat Costa; his parents, Salvatore Costa and Rosarina Costa; his siblings, Domenic Costa (Rosa) and Francesca Carrera (Biagio); and his siblings-in-law, Angelina Costa, Angelo Gandini and Raffaele Biasibetti.
He is survived by: his wife Concetta; his children, Gabriel Costa, Fiore Costa Jr. (Mary Bicanic) and Romana Costa; his grandchildren, Brittany Costa, Concetta Cote (Taylor 'Omar'), Larissa Costa, Zeta Costa (Peter Srbljanin), Concetta Costa, Felicia McConnery (Travis), Fiore Costa III, Chantel Zalman, Bisnonno of Shyla Zalman, Stella Mattatall, Bennett Cote and Mia Cote; and his siblings, Ciro Costa, Carmelo Costa (Carmela), Fortunata Gandini and Teresa Biasidetti.
In memory of Mr. Costa, memorial contributions may be made to St. Ann's Church, and would be appreciated.
