He was predeceased by: his siblings, Micheal Mazzei (Mary-Lou), Maria Rachielli of Italy, Vincenzina Curico of France and Pina Melnyczuk (Micheal); his parents, Angelo Mazzei and Carmela Mazzei; and his father-in-law Giacomo.

He is survived by: his daughters, Linda Dow and Rosalinda Cocucci (Eddie); his granddaughters, Daniela Bilotta (Domenico) and Erica Rose (CJ); his great grandchildren, Milana Mazzei Bilotta and Alonzo Domenico Bilotta; his brother Anthony Mazzei (Nancy); his sister-in-law Mary-Lou Mazzei; and his mother-in-law Rosalia Schimio. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
