He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert and Violet (Gwen); and his sister Audrey. He is survived by: his wife Joan Margaret (Elliott); his siblings, Betty MacPherson and David Hunt; his children, Alan (Carla), Ivan (Judy), Bernie (Kathy) and Kathleen (Chris); and his grandchildren, Laura, Sarah, Gillian, Elliott, Brett, Aiden, Owen, Holly, Paige, Kai and Robyn.
