He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara. He is survived by: his children, David Leonard (Helen) and Donna Knox (John); and his grandchildren, Keith (Erin), Laura, Kyle (Robyn), Kory (Sarah), Hayden, Gemma, Jaxson, Karson, Rylee and Cole. He is also survived by his nephews, niece and friends.
