He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Brix (Shawn) and Andrew Durward (Cassandra Johnston); his grandchildren, Emily Latam (Kevin), Justin Brix (Kali), Kim Brix (Jacob Folkerts), Blair Durward (Aijah Hunt) and Ewan Durward; his great grandchildren, Wilson Brix and Gabriella Latam; and his brother Allan Durward (Rosemary).
