He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret; his parents, Frederick Upton and Margaret Upton; and his siblings, Thomas Upton, Dorothy Blew and Jack Upton.
He is survived by: his son Randy (Wendy); his grandsons, Michael (Alyssa) and Matthew (Jenelle); and his great grandchild Vera.
