He was predeceased by: his wife Brenda Fancy; and his son Kevin. He is survived by: his daughters, Patricia (Gary Gibson) and Tammy; and his sister Elizabeth Deveau (Eric). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In memory of Charles, donations to The Niagara Health Foundation (Walker Family Cancer Centre) would be appreciated by his family.
