He is survived by: his siblings, Harold Dowd (Frances), Mike Dowd (Carolyn), Brian Dowd, Sheila Higgins (Frank) and Ron Brown (late Caroline); his siblings-in-law, Jean Dowd, Kathleen Collee (Leroy), Mary Collee (Paul) and Lawrence Caughill (Monica Chambers); his niece Cassidy Hylkema (Jesse); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Everleigh and Jamieson; his friend Mickey; and his close friend Larry. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
