She is survived by: her son Michael Desson; her grandchildren, Jennifer Desson (David Hall), Allyson Foster (Brandon) and Shelby Coleman (Louis); and her siblings, Barbara Smith (late Reg), Gloria Reece (late Jim) and Fred Hannah (Carol). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
