He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerardo and Immacolata; his parents-in-law, Myrtle and Earl Gilberson; his siblings, Angelina Luongo (Pasquale), Nicola Salvatore (Maria), Antonio Salvatore (Anna), Pietro Salvatore (Maria), Giuseppe Salvatore (Angelina), Virgilia D'Elia (Angelo), Elvira Luongo (Gerardo), Gerardo Salvatore and Lena Salvatore; and his in-laws, Paolo Colangelo and Maria Salvatore.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his grandchildren, Angela and Benito Jr.; and his siblings, Frank Salvatore and Maria Colangelo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
