She was predeceased by: her brother-in-law Vincenzo (Giovanna); her parents, Antonio Provenzano and Antonia Provenzano; and her parents-in-law, Giuseppe and Antonia Conidi.
She is survived by: her husband Francesco Conidi; her children, Joseph Conidi (Candace), Anthony Conidi (Sarah) and Christina Conidi (Vincenzo Bucci); her grandchildren, Francesco, Santino, Luca, Matteo and Liliana; her sister Nora Szczepaniak (Mark); her niece Allesandra Szczepaniak; her nephew Lucas Szczepaniak; and her siblings-in-law, Caterina (Giuseppe), Tommoso (late Anna), Foca (Antonia), Vito (Caterina), Barbara (John) and Anna (Giuseppe). She is also survived by many aunts, uncles cousins, nieces and nephews.
In memory of Toni, donations to The Kidney Foundation of Canada or Diabetes Canada would be appreciated by her family.
