He was predeceased by: his brother Tony Formica; his parents, Umberto Formica and Antonina Formica; and his uncles, Gherardo, Elio, Tony Formica (Caterina) and Bernardo Dell'Erede (Annetta).
He is survived by: his sons, John Formica and Paul Formica (Katie); his grandsons, Darren and Philip; his siblings, Marisa Mascioli (Luigi), Mario Formica (Debbie) and Lucy Cowal (late Stan); his parents-in-law, Maureen McNelis (William), Patrick Mullen (Linda), Colleen Mullen and Sheila Edwards; and his uncle Aldo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In memory of Aldo, memorial contributions may be made to Diabetes Canada and would be appreciated by his family.
