He is survived by: his son Robert Howitt (Linda); his stepchildren, Kathy Howitt (Rick Chowns), Kim Edwards (Don), Derrick Scarlett (Janice) and Adam Scarlett (Joanne); his cousin Beth McCarthy; and his friends, Les and Christine Kerr. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Taylor Funeral Home (524 Davis Dr, Newmarket, ON L3Y2P3). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 from 1:45 PM to 3:45 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Diabetes Society.
