With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Luke Farrell (Newmarket, Ontario), who passed away on January 5, 2025 at the age of 56. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his pet Cooper; his parents, Mary Carmel and John Angus; and his stepfather Eric Mattice. He is survived by: his spouse Margerete; his children, Ian and Erin; his siblings, Ken (Judy), Cathy (Doug), Donny (Linda) and Yvonne (Ron); and his nieces and nephews, Lori (Chris), Melissa (Dusty), Tim (Allie), Kristy, Ashley (Travis), Katie (Adam), Daniel (Kristina), Lisa (Daniel) and Kelly. He is also survived by his family, friends.

His contributions to the development of the Transit Enforcement Unit remain a testament to his vision and dedication.
