He is survived by: his wife Susanne Inouye; his daughters, Andrea Inouye and Melanie Inouye (Steve); his grandchildren, Kalysha, Mackenzie, Courtney, Samantha and Stephen; his great grandchildren, Estelle, Phoenix and Jax; his siblings, Doug Inouye (late Denise), Kathy Gardner (Jim), Janet and Andre; and his nieces and nephews, Allison, Jennifer, David and Meghan.
