He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Jean; his son Paul; his parents, Albert and Elizabeth; his brother James; and his siblings-in-law, Fred Broom (Margaret), Shirley and Gloria (Chub).
He is survived by: his brother William; his siblings-in-law, Carol, Mary and William Broom; his children, Ron (Margaret), Richard (Laurie), Darlene and Randy (Lorri); his grandchildren, Ron, Jason (Catherine), Daniel (Julia), Jennifer, Richard (Angela), Ryan (Ashley), Brittany (Sebastian) and Cady; and his great grandchildren, Nathan, Jolie, Libby, Alex, Jackson, Owen, Austin, Ava, Colton, Grace, Denver, Amara and Olivia.
