He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Louisa Kamin and Leon J Kamin; his wife Heather Willems; his children, Sean, Ryan and Nicholas; his grandson Liam; his sister Katie Murphy; and his aunts and uncles, Mary and Thomas Edsall. He was also cherished by his family, friends.

“At Christmas time, Irene gave us a Christmas gift and mine was square shape and John's gift was a little bit longer, so I opened my gift and John was waiting to see what i got as gift . mine was a foundation compact. So I said to John, maybe Irene got you the same thing. . John ran to his desk in fear of getting the same thing, when he finally he got it opened it was a wallet and we both started to laugh.. and laugh”

“Both of our sons had left home and we both haven't from them. John and I had a bet on which son would we hear from first. I won the bet and a year later Sean had called John, and that was the happiest day of his life, and also that Sean wanting to further his education in University. Also he was a proud dad having another son and his name was Nicholas. Deepest condolences to the Kamin family and Heather. RIP”
