He was predeceased by: his sisters, Olga Bondar (late Nick), Natalie Dykie (late Bill) and Christine Houlieff (late Mike). He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Anastasia Chyz-LeSage (Michael), John Chyz (Lhiannon) and James Chyz (Somer); and his grandchildren, Christopher, Sabra, Raina, Madeleine and Evelyn.
