He was predeceased by: his mother Dominique Koch. He is survived by: his wife Jilan Koch; his children, Naima and Mateo; his father Alain Koch; his brothers, Jonathan (Mary Joy Rutherford) and Frederique (Nadine Rossy); his close friend George Barrelos; and his pet Moxie.
