He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur and Annie; and his sisters, Marion Budgell, Jerry and Barbara Morrison (late Douglas).
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Coker (Copp); and his siblings, Dennis Coker Gail (late Sharon), Brenda Kay (David) and Arthur Coker.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's society or a charity of choice.
