She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick McGarry and Marie McGarry; her siblings, Donald, Allan, Patrick and Mary; and her son-in-law Douglas (James).
She is survived by: her siblings, Eileen and Jack; her sister-in-law Margaret; and her children, Jim (Pat), Ken (Lynn), Patti, Tom and Kathryn (Wally). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren whom she adored and 8 great grandchildren.
