She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Doug Stapley and Effie Stapley; her husband Jerry Sloggett; her children, Paul (Cairrine), Tony (Jan) and Judy (Don); her siblings, Gary, Sherwin and Sandra; her sister-in-law Joy; and her great grandchildren, Elise (Kyle), Calista, Jackie, Hunter, Bailey, Jesse (Anna), Anthony, Adrian, Clifford (Sarah), Frances, Charlie, Colleen (Spencer), Cameron, Lindsay (Mitch), Miller and Chloe.
In her spare time, she was involved with Oshawa Little Theatre, volunteered with the Trillium Gift of Life Network for organ donation, and stayed active golfing and traveling.
