She was predeceased by: her husband Wallace Couch. She is survived by: her children, Bradley, Tom Couch (Rose) and Wendy Couch (Sheila Pethick); her grandchildren, Christa (Brian), Bradley (Cindy), Andrew and Justin (Becky); her great grandchildren, Nicholas, Sophia, Abby, Spencer, Lawson and Joey; her sister Jackie (Seird); and her sisters-in-law, Betty (Art) and Marilyn.
