He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Locke; his children, Bill Locke, Rhonda Lynn Osmond (Steve) and Michael Locke (Harry); and his grandchildren, Amanda Osmond, Lynn Osmond (Adam) and Erin Hains. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
