Marlene Smith Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marlene Smith (Newcastle, Ontario), who passed away on July 10, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Bain and Christina Bain; her husband Alex Smith; her children, Karen (Mike), Diane (Bob) and Kevin; her grandchildren, Kathryn, Christine, Sarah (Dillon), Laura, Julie (Andre), Kim (Eric) and Kristy (Craig); her great grandchildren, Brycen, Jaxon, Easton, Tenley and Stella; and her sisters, Gladys, Patricia (Fred) and Ann (Terry). She was also cherished by many in-laws, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that a donation be made to the Alzheimer's Society or Lakeridge Health Oshawa.
