He was predeceased by: his parents, Heinrich Ludwig Kahrs and Katharina Kahrs; his son Mark; and his brother Hanes Kahrs. He is survived by: his children, Richard (Donna) and Howie (Joan); his grandchildren, Tyler (Kylee), Cassondra, Kyle and Katie; and his friend Germany.
Memorial donations may be made to the Durham Hospice in memory of Henry.
