He is survived by: his wife Karen (Baby Girl); his children, Dakota (Toad) and Jesse (Jesse Bear); his nephews, Travis Duetta, Derrick Goodfellow, Bailey, Tracy Duetta and Robin; his mother-in-law Raye Flatt; and his nephews, Mathew Brown, David, John Brown and Kim.
