He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Kershaw and Gladys Kershaw. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Paul (Sue) and Liz (Jeff); his grandchildren, Kristina, Courtney and Andie; his great grandchild Vincent; his brother David (Chris); his brother-in-law Philip of England; and his caregivers, Tammi and Alicia.
