He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Ruttan and Gladys Ruttan; and his sister Jean Sweet. He is survived by: his wife Joanne; his children, Kim Cronkwright (Bill) of Trenton, Russell Ruttan of Newburgh and Corey Ruttan (Heather) of Deseronto; his grandchildren, Tammy Moore (Sean), Melissa Bryanton (Darryl), Jenna Moore-Boros (Kenny), Alex Ruttan and Cody Goodison (Stacey); and his brother Doug Lankins of Napanee.
