She was predeceased by: her brother Randy Moorhead. She is survived by: her parents, Betty Moorhead (Halladay) and Merton Moorhead of Lyndhurst; her husband Kevin Hewitt; her children, Mark Hewitt (Sasha) of Westport and Amanda Popma (Michael) of Westport; her siblings, Debbie Hintz (Garry) of Gananoque and Russell Moorhead (Lisa) of Lyndhurst; her grandchildren, Easton and Benjamin; and her sister-in-law Shari Moorhead. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and 1 great-nephew.
As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations made to a Trust Fund for Patricia's grandchildren's education or the University Hospitals Kingston Foundation (Cancer Centre) would be appreciated by the family.
