She was predeceased by: her husband Leo; and her siblings, Elizabeth Kennedy (John), Nancy Jutras (Ray) and Brian Robson (Laurette). She is survived by: her children, Susan McVittie (Dan), Lorrie Montgomery (Ken) and Paul; her grandchildren, Scott McVittie (Mark Baker), Jennifer Brown (Dave), Kevin McVittie (Jessica Plante), Kenny Montgomery (Erin), David Montgomery (Megan Pilkey), Matthew Montgomery (Alex Milne) and Molly Blais; her sisters, Anne Windsor (Keith) and Evelyn Daub; and her sister-in-law Margaret Lecoupe (late Roland). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
