He is survived by: his children, Kathryne Cook (Andrew Doupe), Dillan Cook (Kendall Phippen) and Nicholas Cook (Angele Belanger); his grandchildren, Colby, Bryson, Quintyn and Lauren-Jane; his siblings, Fred (Rosemary Cook), Sherry (Fred Morris), Janet (late Dave Morris) and Malodie (Mike Mageau); his half-brother Carl Cook; and the mother of his children Danielle Roy (Allan Phillips).
