He is survived by: his children, Ken Kirkby (Cheryl), Joseph Kirkby and Nickki Laffrenier (Francis); his grandchildren, Jason, Nolan, Ryan Kirkby, Niko and Leo Laffrenier; and his siblings, Charles, Lucy, Diane, Dorothy, Bonnie and Donald.
