He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his children, Herb (Correen) of Kelowna, B. C. and Karen Ross (Lorne) of New Liskeard; his sister Helen Porter; his grandchildren, Corey Hopkins, Graham Ross and Craig Ross; and his great grandchildren, Evan Hopkins and Calli Hopkins.
